Here you will find our selection of German language courses (DaF) as well as additional programs with an international focus.

German courses

We offer a variety of German language courses for international students. Our offerings include courses ranging from A1 to C1, with different areas of focus such as grammar or writing skills.

TestDaF

Unfortunately, we are not offering the TestDaF exam this semester. The exams are expected to resume in 2027.

International Summer and Winter Courses

In our summer and winter courses, international students—as well as anyone else interested—can learn, refresh, or improve their German language skills.

The program is complemented by insights into intercultural studies and everyday culture.

Tandem Program

In our language tandems, two participants teach each other their respective native languages without any pressure and on their own schedule.

International researchers

In cooperation with JUNO, language courses are offered exclusively to international doctoral students, postdocs, professors, and visiting scholars.

German language courses for refugees

We offer German language courses for refugees who wish to pursue a degree program in Germany. These courses cover levels B1 through C1.

Internship in Okinawa

We are offering a 6- to 8-week internship program at the University of the Ryukyus in Okinawa from May to July 2026 or from October to December 2026.
